Any tips about beating Roving Patch?
i have finished the game but i can you remind me who is roving patch again?
Its in the forest, wanted to play the update for a while and when i finally got to it i totally forgot where and what. I went to the forest down where there is a foot print and further further, there was a safe space with crystal where you can either go further or go back to town, and if you go there was a statue and roving patch blocking the way. It even did a confirmation that i want to come closer and attack it.
ooohh that yeah thats the hardest boss in the game.
first of all go and grind a shit ton and finish the beehive chapter
second it isn´t blocking anything you cant go through the path after you defeat it
third when you defeat it drops a legendary item that you can bring to the black lady and craft one of two legendary weapons to Niven or to maeve i think but you can only craft one of these so chose wisley

What level are you? If I recall correctly, it was pretty tough, but some grinding goes a long way to taking it on.
everyone was at level 18 i think when i managed to defeat it
I definitely grinded a bit to beat it, I think my team was 20-21 when I defeated it.
Nice game, that gives you a really adventure with cute characters!

does anyone know how to raise affinity of erkene or does she not have a way?
Seconding this. I'm curious about the affinity mechanic in general, and what it does.
in the game you can give gifts to joan the maeve to increase affinity and that gives you a speical cutscene when you get to 10 affinity.

This is 5.7 so what is new from 5.0
What do I do at the brown door on the way to the queen bee? It has a puzzle with 4 rocks in 4 corners, and some runes that make the stones jump and fall into the void. I don't know what to do.

It should be the down arrow key/, if that's not working you may be experiencing a bug. Make sure you're on the latest release! If that doesn't solve your issue, you definitely are experiencing a bug. Sorry for any confusion this might be causing

How do I get more crystals and how do I access scenes?
Edit: Don't need either of these but I did notice that there isn't a way to redo the scene where Voda gives you a hug. Maybe it could work like the foot massage for Adeen where it's an option in the dialog and also while I'm typing I'll go ahead and ask for a fatal version because she's adorable and I just want to feed her!
Great update! I'm just reporting back with some bugs:
- The credits play between Chapter 4 & 5
- In the beehive, you can re-trigger the cutscene which introduces the main bee girls by using the shortcut door to the entrance, then walking the long way around
- When viewing old cutscenes in the writer girl's book, none of the Enya's body ones work
- If you have no party members with you, when you visit the writer girl, the game automatically puts the oni in your party
And some minor story observations:
- In Chapter 4, it's clear that the oni summoned Ashe. It would be helpful if there was just one line of dialogue back in Chapter 2 which foreshadowed this, because it feels little out-of-place by the time we're given context.
- This may be intentional, but: the audience has no indication what happened to Enya at the end of her solo story. In Chapter 4, we discover she's unwell because of the chaos in her guts, but the assumption at the start of that chapter is that she's unwell because of the confrontation at the end of her chapter. The best time to give us some information about this is before she departs Everbranch at the start of Chapter 5.
Not sure where to bug report so I'll comment here: Using the "Exploring Enya" or "Inside Enya" options in Jubilee's notes after unlocking the Chapter 5 scenes causes the options list for the chapter 5 scenes to pop up after loading into the chosen scene and makes it impossible to review those two scenes. ( And unrelated to the bug report, but is there a way to meet up with Eight and Ace after completing chapter 5? I miss them! Q_Q )
Scratch my previous query about the save, I got it working!
All that remains to be said is that I am super hyped for the new update! Thank you for all your diligent work on this; this is shaping up to be the best game in the genre I've played.
EDIT: Having just completed this, this was a lot of fun! Hopefully we see more of a Ace in future updates! :)

Hi! What's the release schedule for this project? Are updates on a ~6 month cycle?
We are internally playtesting the next update now! Next week It will be in patron hands for about a week for further testing and feedback, and barring any massive changes that need to be made, will be set live after.
Long story short, I hope to keep updates shorter than 6 months,but this one had everything going against it, but it's here!

I'm so lost I don't know what to do, I have everyone level 16 plus Erkenek that is level 18, I've defeated every big enemy there was and I don't have any quests left to do, I don't know if I finished the game or not
You have finished the game up until now, the next update will be comig eventually! You should still be able to meet Jubilee and replay some scenes in the the meantime :D
Very good game! But in the future, will there be a moment where Niven gets shrunk further and risk getting crushed by an unaware Maeve or Joan?
Alright is it just me or is the Duna game literally impossible I made a macro that presses the Z key like 50 times a second and it still couldn't do anything.
Edit: I figured it out reading comments below literally just hold up and down arrow keys. The Keys for the minigame(s) are not bound correctly.
thank you, same for the basic training i was stuck on, it said left and right but is up and down
basic training tells me to press left and right but i tried LR on mouse, A and D as well as LR on arrow keys, nothing is working and just keeps failing

In at least one cutscene, yes.
is this perhaps your character being crushed under foot?
It is. It's pretty early on, and the game basically puts a big flag near it; of the: "There is no reason to go this way EXCEPT to get crushed" variety.

As far as I can read, this game is still being developed, but. where can I find the newest builds? I checked the collections at patreon but I dont know if that last october build (Nov 3 2024) is the most recent one.
This is the most recent release, patrons only get a small window of playtesting for bugs. I'm hoping to continue development and work on this project for a while longer.
Hopefully I can get updates out sooner than later.
The cave fae/spirit give no xp. Is that intended?

Good game, i wanna like it, it seems really cool, i just can't get past the first minigame with Jericho. I try mashing like it tells me, but nothing happens no matter if i use WASD or the arrow keys. If it helps, i have accessibility mode on, and i'm trying to look around to see if there's a way to turn it off, but no dice. Is there something i'm missing here? Other than that, it was really good leading up to that part.
Try just holding down the keys instead of mashing, ive had the same problem and it helped.
This is a known bug, some players are having their game set to accessibility mode, and are not having the proper text activate. I am working to fix this, but mostly for now if you are having trouble, the answer will likely be to hold the down key.

In the last update I added an accessibility mode that makes the minigames MUCH easier. You should be able to toggle it in front of the inn, I hope that helps!
Great game, but i got stuck on the duna mashing event after temple menace, the 2nd part just goes down faster than i can mash even when using wasd+arrowkeys at once to get twice as many inputs. love the art and story otherwise and the fights are good too.
Had that same issue at first, if you just hold down wasd or arrow keys instead of mashing you'll get past it. At least it worked for me, hope that helps!

Majorly QOL stuff, like an accessibility mode and event replayer accessable after chapter 4!
(Plus bugfixes, grammar updates, and art updates for chapter 4. All viewable in event replayer of course)
I can't finish the temple menace fight. The drowned inchling either retreats which causes the game to get stuck or it will get stuck loading a basic attack towards the end of the fight. It's not truly frozen since I can still see the characters moving and the AGI/ATK buffs cycle over the temple menace

this was awesome! went into it expecting nothing special, but 5 minutes in and id entirely forgotten it was a size-based game lol, the writing art (love the 3d models used in battle and rarely out of it, theyre super charming) and gameplay are all stellar (emphasis on the writing, this game is fucking hilarious) . looking forward to whenever the full release is!
Got softlocked on the Temple Menace(TM) fight because the inchling corpse retreated and wouldn't stop retreating. Sad.
Keeps on happening in different ways. I think it might be because I'm doing too much damage and breaking a trigger? I'll be at the end of the attack and the turn won't switch.
Released a hotfix that should fix this issue, thank you for reporting, sorry for your troubles ;-;

Absolutely awesome job, everything is top notch. Characters are great, dialogue is sharp and funny, art is awesome, combat is fun. Obviously the size stuff is great too. Just awesome all around, really looking forward to seeing where this goes.
Hi, really enjoying the game so far! One question tho, is there more content after the 'scars' quest? Bc i completed all the things i had to do. But it didnt register the 'Asami's house' objective as done. Maybe there's smth I've missed perhaps? I completed the water temple, and the foot rub too..
love this game, very excited for the next chapter. i know sometimes these Giantess Games will have a Male giant or two as well and i was wondering if that will be the case here (the answer being no will not change that i LOVE this game, but i am a Male Giant Liker who is desperate for crumbs)
